Domestic Shipping

Please allow 1-5 business days for all orders to ship from the time the order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product page

Standard Shipping Ships via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Delivery is 3-4 business days with tracking. Flat rate of £5 for orders under 16oz

Royal Mail special delivery next business days with Royal Mail tracking. Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout.

International Shipping

Please allow up 5-7 business days for all orders to ship from the time the order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product page

Royal mail Express Worldwide Delivery is 2-5 business days with Royal mail tracking. All DHL Express international shipments, except those to Canada, have a signature required for delivery service included in the price. Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout

International Custom Fees and Duties

Regardless of the shipping method you choose, international orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that we are not responsible for

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the recipient
These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost
We are legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it
We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees
